good2GO mobile uses AT&T for GSM, and Sprint for CDMA. There aren't a lot of reviews online, but some users have reported noticeable delays on AT&T before the phone rings (which can be a bigger issue if you use Google Voice which also adds a delay). Outgoing calls have no delay.
You can apparently choose your own area code which is useful. Customer service is apparently decent. If you sign up, please add some more information through the form at the bottom of the page.
